Garlic Herb Roasted Cauliflower

  1. Preheat oven to 400º and line a baking sheet with parchment.
  2. Pour cauliflower into a large bowl or ziplock bag. Add olive oil, garlic, Italian herb seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir until the cauliflower is evenly coated.
  3. Spread cauliflower out on the baking sheet and bake 30-35 minutes. 

Cajun Roasted Cauliflower

  1. Preheat oven to 400º and line a baking sheet with parchment.
  2. Pour cauliflower into a large bowl or ziplock bag. In a mason jar, combine olive oil and seasonings. Shake until combined, then pour over the cauliflower. Mix until the cauliflower is evenly coated.
  3. Spread cauliflower out on the baking sheet and bake 30-35 minutes. 

Thai Peanut Roasted Cauliflower
