To see summer off, we decided to have a good old-fashioned burger night in The Fitchen. We picked up some grass-fed beef, sweet potatoes, and Horizon American cheese slices and got to work.Most of the time, we prefer a traditional burger. Simple sea salt, pepper, and American or cheddar cheese. Clark threw some garlic powder into these to bring some more flavor.
We used fresh lime, cilantro, garlic, cumin to flavor the sweet potatoes.We bake the sweet potato circles at 425 for around 30 minutes.All seasoned, drizzled with olive oil, and ready to go into the oven.
Beautiful, huh? We ended up with a great dinner that was full of flavor and tasted farm fresh.
