- 1 1/2 cups Silk® Almond & Cashew Protein & Nutmilk
- 1 cup baby kale
- 2/3 cup frozen banana
- 1/2 cup apple, chopped
- 1/2 cup yogurt
- 1 teaspoon spirulina
- To prep ahead: Combine kale, banana, apple, and spirulina in a large glass jar or plastic bag.
- When you’re ready to make your smoothie, add all frozen and refrigerated ingredients to a blender and blend until well combined. I usually have to process twice to get the perfect smooth consistency.
