  • 1 1/2 cups Silk® Almond & Cashew Protein & Nutmilk
  • 1 cup baby kale
  • 2/3 cup frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup apple, chopped
  • 1/2 cup yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon spirulina


  1. To prep ahead: Combine kale, banana, apple, and spirulina in a large glass jar or plastic bag.
  2. When you’re ready to make your smoothie, add all frozen and refrigerated ingredients to a blender and blend until well combined. I usually have to process twice to get the perfect smooth consistency.
  3. Enjoy!
