Ginger Beet Smoothie

  • 1/2 cup Silk® Unsweetened Original Almondmilk
  • 1 navel orange, peeled
  • 1/2 cup frozen mango
  • 1/2 cup beets, chopped
  • 2 Tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 Tablespoon turmeric
  • 1/2" nub of ginger


  1. To prep ahead: Combine orange, beets, lemon juice, turmeric, and ginger in a glass jar or plastic bag and store in the refrigerator.
  2. When you’re ready to make your smoothie, add all refrigerated and frozen ingredients to a blender and blend until well combined. I usually have to process twice to get the perfect smooth consistency.
  3. Enjoy!
