This black cherry mojito recipe makes for a light and refreshing cocktail. Muddle cherries with traditional mint, sugar, and lime to mix these up!
2 oz. white rum
1 Tablespoon fresh mint
1 Tablespoon lime juice
1 teaspoon cane sugar
2–4 cherries, pitted
1 cup ice +/-
black cherry sparkling water to fill (we used Dasani from Safeway)
Add mint, lime juice, sugar, and cherries to a tall glass. Muddle vigorously until cherries are smashed and sugar is mostly dissolved. Add ice, pour in rum, and fill glass with sparkling water.
