Description
This vegan chili recipe is loaded with 3 kinds of beans, veggies, pasta, and aromatic spices. It chases away the chill on cold nights.

- 1 - 15 oz. can black beans, drained
- 1 - 15 oz. can pinto beans, drained
- 1 - 15 oz. can white beans, drained
- 1 - 15 oz. can corn, drained
- 1 - 15 oz. can diced tomatoes, fire roasted
- 1 cup macaroni
- 1/4 cup green chiles, canned
- 1 yellow onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups broth
- 3 oz. tomato paste
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 Tablespoon sea salt
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- pinch of cayenne, to taste
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
Instructions
- Add everything to the crockpot, except the macaroni. Stir to combine.
- Cook on high for 2 hours and add macaroni. Stir to combine and continue cooking 30-45 more minutes.
- Enjoy!
- When reheating, it helps to add a bit of broth.
