This fun and easy-to-make grape hors d' oeuvre is the perfect snack or party appetizer!


  • 1/2 lb. large grapes
  • 2-3 Tablespoons chia seeds
  • 2-3 Tablespoons granola cereal
  • 4 oz. plain greek yogurt


  1. Wash and skewer your grapes, then freeze them.
  2. Pour chia and granola into a bowl together and mix to combine.
  3. Set out another bowl for the yogurt.
  4. Take the grapes out of the freezer to start the dipping process.
  5. Dip each one first in yogurt, then dip in the chia-granola mixture.
  6. As you finish them, set them on a plate and either serve or return to the freezer.
  7. I recommend enjoying these fairly soon after making them so they don't lose too much of their crunch!
