Description
This cocktail is a different take on the traditional dark 'n stormy with lighter rum and Reed's ginger beer.
Ingredients

- 2 oz dark caribbean rum
- 4 oz ginger beer
- 1 Tbsp. fresh squeezed lime juice
- 1 tsp. grated ginger root
- 1 navel orange (garnish)
- ice
Instructions
- Pour rum, grated ginger, and lime juice into to a cocktail shaker and shake for 10-15 seconds.
- Add a circular slice of orange and ice to a highball glass and pour in the rum mixture.
- Top with 4 oz of ginger beer.
- Garnish with an orange wedge on the rim. Enjoy!
