Ingredients
Scale
- 2 cups of fresh basil
- 1/4 cup of raw cashews
- 2-3 garlic cloves
- 1/4 cup + 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast (what’s nutritional yeast? i’ll explain! click here.)
- 1/4 cup + 3 tablespoons quality olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/3 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- pinch of nutmeg
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in blender and pulse to get it started, then blend until smooth or to desired consistency.
- Store in the refrigerator up to 2 weeks.
