Gluten-free almond meal chocolate chip cookies.
Ingredients

- 1 cup almond meal
- 3 tablespoons melted coconut oil
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon almond milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/8 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/8 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/3 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 335º and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Combine dry ingredients in a medium bowl.
- Combine wet ingredients in a separate bowl and add in dry mixture.
- Use a spoon to scoop the dough into 10-12 cookies. No need to flatten, roll, or smoosh – just leave them rough.
- Bake for 11-14 minutes. When they start to brown, bake them for about 2 more minutes.
