Lemon-Lime Chia Drink

Description

A delicious superfood drink that is filling and satisfying.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 Tbsp. chia seeds
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp. lime juice
  • 12 oz. water

Instructions

  1. 1. In a glass jar or bottle, add 2 tablespoons of chia seeds. Fill with 12 ounces of water and squeeze the juice from a lemon and a lime – about 1 ½ to 2 tablespoons each. Secure the lid tightly and start shaking. Mix it up, twirl it around, back and forth, etc. Just make sure there are no clumps of seeds floating around or seeds stuck to the bottom or sides of the jar.
  2. 2. Refrigerate it and remove it to shake every 10 minutes or so.
