Description

This hearty oatmeal is spiced with warm flavors of cinnamon, nutmeg, and maple and only requires a crockpot to make!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup steel cut oats
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 2 Tablespoons coconut sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 1/2 cups regular coconut milk [So Delicious, regular flavor is what we used]
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon ginger
  • pinch of allspice
  • pinch of ground cloves

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large crockpot and stir to combine.
  2. Cook on medium heat for 4 hours or low heat for 6 hours until oatmeal is tender.
