This hearty oatmeal is spiced with warm flavors of cinnamon, nutmeg, and maple and only requires a crockpot to make!
Ingredients

- 1 cup steel cut oats
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 2 Tablespoons coconut sugar
- 1 Tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 cup water
- 1 1/2 cups regular coconut milk [So Delicious, regular flavor is what we used]
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon ginger
- pinch of allspice
- pinch of ground cloves
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a large crockpot and stir to combine.
- Cook on medium heat for 4 hours or low heat for 6 hours until oatmeal is tender.
