Description
These spicy tuna pinwheels are the perfect bite-sized appetizer or snack. Layer the wraps with spinach and avocado, then add the filling and roll!
Ingredients
9 oz. packet of Blue Harbor Fish Co. tuna
3 Tbsp. regular or vegan mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. Sriracha
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cayenne
1 avocado
1 cup baby spinach
1 large tortilla
Instructions
Open tuna packets, empty tuna into a medium-sized bowl, and shred using a fork.
Add mayonnaise, sriracha, black pepper, paprika, salt, and cayenne and combine.
Thinly slice an avocado.
On a tortilla, add a thin layer of baby spinach and avocado. Cover about 1/2 of the tortilla.
Thinly spread the tuna mixture on top of the spinach and avocado. Be careful not to overload!
Once the tuna is added, roll!
After rolling, slice into 8-10 pieces.
Notes
We recommend spreading a very thin coating of mayonnaise on the uncovered portion of the tortilla before rolling up. This helps it adhere to itself to prevent unrolling.
