Description

This smoothie bowl recipe combines strawberries, banana, and spinach for a healthy morning boost. Add the toppings of your choice for a filling breakfast!


Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh spinach (kale or chard will work, too)
  • 1 fresh banana
  • 3 cups frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 fresh orange
  • 1 cup SoDelicious coconut milk (regular, from carton)

For garnish

  • Fresh berries
  • Orange slices
  • Banana
  • Granola
  • Chopped almonds
  • Coconut flakes
  • Hemp hearts
  • Chia seeds

Instructions

  1. Blend ingredients together until smooth. All chunks should be blended.
  2. Pour into bowls and garnish with toppings of your choice.
