Description
This agua fresca combines fresh watermelon with tart grapefruit for a balanced, refreshing, and hydrating summer drink.
Ingredients

- 5 cups watermelon, cubed, rind removed
- 1 cup grapefruit juice
- ice, desired amount depending on serving
Instructions
- In a blender, puree watermelon.
- Pour into large bowl and allow it to settle for 10 minutes. Use a spoon to scrape of the foam and pulp that rises to the top.
- Place a mesh sieve over a pitcher and strain the watermelon juice into a large pitcher.
- Add grapefruit juice and ice, stir together. Refrigerate.
