Ingredients
  

  • 4 dashes of Hella Bitter Citrus Bitters
  • 1 oz. Hendricks Gin
  • 1/2 oz. Grand Marnier
  • 1/2 oz. fresh squeezed lime
  • Veuve Ambal sparkling white wine
  • crushed ice
  • fresh mint leaves

Method
 

  1. In a cocktail shaker combine Hendricks gin, Grand Marnier, lime, and Hella Bitter Citrus bitters. Shake for 15-20 seconds.
  2. Fill a tall glass with crushed ice.
  3. Pour cocktail mixture into the glass and top with Veuve Ambal sparkling white wine.
  4. Garnish with fresh mint leaves. Enjoy!
