2 cups fresh spinach
1 1/2 cups coconut milk – I used SoDelicious, regular unsweetened from a carton
1 cup frozen banana
1/2 of an avocado
1/2 inch piece of ginger, peeled
1/2 teaspoon spirulina powder
juice of 1 lime
