My diet has been nowhere near normal lately. We're on our second trip to Indiana in 2 months – last month was to welcome my brother home from Malaysia and to spend time with my grandpa after his cancer diagnosis. This month we came home for my grandpa's funeral. There has been a lot of grief eating. A lot of pizza. A lot of lasagna and pasta. A lot of cookies. And a lot of wine.
