Crockpot Southwest Turkey Chili

Crockpot Southwest Turkey Chili – The BEST and easiest slow cooker turkey chili I've ever made. The sweet potatoes, quinoa, and black beans make it so hearty.

This crockpot southwest turkey chili recipe is loaded with hearty ingredients and bold spice. Brown the turkey and throw everything into the crockpot for an easy dinner.



1 lb. ground turkey
3 cups sweet potato, cubed
115 oz. can black beans, drained and rinsed
115 oz. can crushed tomatoes
1/2 cup quinoa, uncooked
4 cups broth or water
1 onion, diced
3 cloves garlic
1/2 Tablespoon sea salt
1 teaspoon chipotle powder
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon white pepper


Brown turkey in a skillet.
Add all ingredients to the crockpot and gently stir.
Turn crockpot on high and cook 3.5-4 hours, until sweet potatoes are tender.
Serve with your choice of toppings – avocado, cilantro, lime, crackers, cheese, etc!
