    • Sesame oil would obviously be a good substitute. You could also try with coconut oil, as long as it is in liquid form. Let us know how it turns out!

  1. For hummus, sometimes I’ll use non-fat plain yogurt with a few drops of sesame oil for flavor, instead of tahini. It adds tartness to hummus, and avoids a lot of fat calories, for those of us who watch for that.
