These avocado tuna wraps are the newest addition to my meal prep rotation and I'm loving them lately. They're easy to make, super filling, and handheld so I can eat them on the go. I like to pair them up with almonds or cashews and some fresh fruit to round out a whole meal.
To be honest – I sometimes dip into my fruit and nuts before lunchtime so I always stash a granola bar just in case. What can I say? I'm a snack girl. 😁 😁 😁
We developed this recipe idea with Blue Harbor – using their wild Albacore tuna – and I'm thrilled to be working with them again! Ever since we discovered their tuna last fall, it's the only kind we buy. It tastes so fresh and so clean and the value is unbelievable. (10 bonus points if you caught that Outkast reference. 👍)
